English and Standard Arabic speaking customer service agents are ready to assist you 7 days a week from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. local Qatari time and 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., Eastern Standard Time in the United States. The call center is closed on Qatari national holidays, as observed by the U.S. posts.
