Hours of Operation

English and Nepali speaking customer service agents are ready to assist you Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. local Nepal time, and Sunday to Friday from 10:15 p.m. to 7:15 a.m., Eastern Standard Time in the United States. The call center is closed weekends (Saturday and Sunday), and holidays as observed by the U.S. posts.

Email: Send an email to passportstatus@ustraveldocs.com and in the subject and/or body enter a valid passport number exactly as it was entered at the time the appointment was scheduled, and you will receive an automatic response with the status. Please check your spam and/or junk email folder on a regular basis, for important emails that may have been mistakenly filtered.
